It is fine to visit Baku Arts and Culture Information Center (BACIC) and every time to be witnessing its growth and swift development. The shelves are loaded with the best interesting literature about history of painting, with reproductions' albums, philosophical dictionaries, text-books on actual questions culturelogy and world arts and it is permanent filled up and renovated.
Also, the video-cassettes with unique materials about cinema arts and theatre arts have a great interest. It is irreplaceable and necessary material for intellectual growth of beginner artists, painters and also, for young compositors. Certainly, such cassettes are serving both wide range of interests and fill up the information about novelty of other countries, also can serve as scientific - visual aids for students as Institute of Arts, Baku Music Academy as for aesthetic and cultural development students of other Universities and Institutes.
Informational providing of beginner specialists is an actual question and at the same time, it is difficult question in decision so here the question quality of this information and their ways spreading are the corner-stone.
It may tell without any pride on BACIC that their shelves are collected best quality and actual materials. The doors of the center always open for persons interested and inquisitive to study and receive new information about art problems of XX century that stood richest from information and communication point of view.
 I was extremely pleased about received material by Center more than 70 CDs that cover widest layers of music arts as temporal, as a geographical diapason. There are ethnic music, old music of Baroque, the music of Vienna classics, romantic music, and particularly is glad at refinement selection patterns of music all generation of compositors XX century with variety plans and at the same time deep individualized, any compositor is a brightest personality.
There are representatives of Vanguard 1 and Vanguard 2 and New wave's compositors of the end of the XX century, such as F. Glass, and others. Particularly interesting CDs with works of K. Stockhausen, P. Boulez, L. Berio, wide presented works of D. Ligeti and many others whose works never performed in Azerbaijan, indeed. Now, thanks to BACIC that work is an original bridge between the world and our republic can fill the gap somehow.
The quality of CDs is fine - receives indeed large intellectual enjoying from listening high-performance recordings, and also interesting information contracted in the leaflets, to them appended.
 The best musicians and musical collectives known conductors execute the products. So, for example, for me, as for the composer, there was by the present revelation a listening of the composition K. Stockhausen " Helikopter-Quartett ", that one strikes by the interesting form and sonorostical by a solution of a musical material. And the compositions of L. Berio were not less interesting. Berio, especially "Concert for the piano and two ensembles". It is beautiful after the logician and phonism products, which are capable to affect of heart and minds.
 As the teacher of the Baku Musical Academy, part time reading the lectures about music of countries of Asia and Africa, it is interesting for me CDs with ethnic music. Listened ÑD with folklore of Zimbabwe has aroused in me a surge of delight, as I always experienced difficulties for teaching this subject in connection with absence of a visually musical material, and that was present under an arm did not respond quality of recording.
Today ethnic music collected in a collection BACIC, will be help in learning musical art of other peoples ...
